Work Permits
To apply for a work visa, one of the following conditions must be met:
Hold a Labour Market Impact Assessment LMIA, exempt from LMIA, including religious persons, internal transfers of multinational companies, visiting scholars, etc., or
Meet the conditions of open work permit, including post-graduation work permit and spouse work permit.
Student Visas
Student visa refers to a visa for entering Canada for the purpose of studying abroad. Generally, student visas are divided into first-time study visas, student visa renewals, and tourist transfer visas.
Citizenship Application
After immigrating to Canada, permanent residents of Canada do not have citizenship.
We provide naturalization application services to eligible permanent residents.
Provincial Nominee Program
The Canadian Constitution stipulates that immigration matters are jointly administered by the federal and provincial governments. This is the legal basis for all provincial nominee programs, which require applicants to intend to reside permanently in a province. Provincial nominee programs cover provinces: Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchwan, Nova Scotia Province (Nova Scotia).
Family Sponsorship
For spouses of permanent residents or citizens of Canada, Common-law Partners, Conjugal Partners and unmarried children under the age of 22.
Express Entry
Canadian federal skilled immigrants are all incorporated into the Express Entry system. EE scores and selects prospective immigration applicants through the CRS scoring system. After the scores reach the invitation line, a formal immigration application is submitted. All Express Entry applications are submitted electronically and online, so most Express Entry applications will be processed within six months. Federal skilled immigration is divided into the following three channels:
CEC Canadian Experience Class
FSW Federal Skilled Migration
FST Federal Skilled Worker Immigration
